Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy for BuzzBlast PR Services
By purchasing or using the BuzzBlast press release and media placement service ("BuzzBlast", "we", "us", or "our"), you (the "Customer" or "you") agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and BuzzBlast regarding the press release creation and media distribution service.
BuzzBlast provides a press release creation and media distribution service. For a one-time base fee starting from US$77 (an introductory price that is subject to change), the standard package includes:
The media outlets and distribution networks we use are subject to change over time, and we do not guarantee the availability of any specific named outlet at any given time. Whether and how a press release is picked up, displayed, or retained by any particular outlet is subject to the editorial discretion and policies of that outlet. If you have questions about current coverage before purchasing, you may contact us at team@thebuzzblast.com. We reserve the right to update or modify our outlet and network list at our discretion.
The base service is offered for a one-time fee starting from US$77. This is an introductory, promotional price that is subject to change at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor for security; BuzzBlast does not directly store your credit card or payment account information. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the applicable fee.
We also offer optional upgrades and add-on services — including, for example, premium media feature upgrades, additional media outlets, and our extended "media domination" campaign — at additional cost. The price and scope of any upgrade or add-on will be presented to you at the point of purchase, and you will not be charged for any such service without your authorization.
After your purchase and our receipt of the necessary information from you (such as your website, business details, news announcement, and quotes), our editorial team will draft three (3) press release articles. To tailor your press release to your business, we may also use brand assets from your website (such as your logo), and by using the service you authorize us to do so. You select one (1) draft to proceed with and may request unlimited revisions to that draft until you are completely happy with it. We aim to deliver your drafts promptly, and first media features typically go live within 24–72 hours after you approve the final content.
Truly unlimited revisions: Unlike most PR services, we do not apply a fair use policy or charge extra for revisions. We will keep refining your selected press release until it is perfect for you and you are ready to approve it for distribution.
Upon your approval of the final press release, BuzzBlast will distribute and syndicate it across our network of 100+ news and media outlets and their affiliates as described above. Publication, formatting, placement, and retention by any specific outlet remain subject to the editorial discretion of those outlets.
Optional paid upgrades and add-ons are available before and after your initial purchase, including (without limitation) premium media feature upgrades, additional outlet placements, and our extended multi-week "media domination" campaign. These are charged separately at the prices presented to you at the time of purchase.
We back our service with a refund guarantee. BuzzBlast guarantees that, following your approval of the final press release, your release will be distributed to deliver the 100+ news and media features (across these outlets and their affiliate networks) included in your purchased package. If we do not deliver the promised features for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund of the base service fee you paid.
Important: Except for the refund guarantee described above, all sales are final and non-refundable. Because this is a service that involves bespoke work and third-party distribution, once work has begun on your press releases or distribution has commenced, you are not eligible for a refund if you decide to cancel for any other reason. Optional upgrades and add-on services are likewise non-refundable once work or distribution on them has begun, except where we are unable to deliver the coverage they guarantee.
You agree to:
BuzzBlast retains the copyright and intellectual property rights in all original content that our team creates for your press releases, including drafts you do not select. Upon your full payment for the service and final approval of the press release, BuzzBlast grants you a broad license to use the final, approved press release content and the coverage assets we deliver. This license is perpetual (no expiration), worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and fully paid-up, allowing you to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the content for your personal or commercial purposes.
While BuzzBlast strives to provide the best possible press release content and distribution, we do not guarantee any specific outcome beyond the coverage commitments expressly stated in these Terms. For example, we cannot guarantee placement in any one specific named outlet, nor any particular amount of media coverage, traffic, conversions, sales, search rankings, or other business outcomes. Any statistics, percentages, or example results referenced on our website are illustrative and not a promise of the results you will achieve.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BuzzBlast's total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms is limited to the total amount of fees you paid us for the specific service in question. In no event will BuzzBlast or its owners, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuzzBlast, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise out of or are related to: (a) the content of the press release or any materials you provided to us, (b) your use of the service, coverage assets, or "As Seen In" badges in violation of these Terms or any law, or (c) your gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after the Effective Date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
This agreement and any matters relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our company's country of registration. You and BuzzBlast agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.

BuzzBlast is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use our services or visit our Site, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
When you engage our service or contact us, we may collect your name and email address. We use your email to communicate with you about your press release, send drafts, receive feedback, and deliver the final coverage and reports. We might also collect your phone number or other contact details if you voluntarily provide them for communication purposes.
As part of the service, we collect your website URL and details about your business, niche, and offers so we can research your brand and craft your press releases. The content you provide for the press release (e.g., announcements, quotes, names of individuals to mention, images, or logos) may contain personal data, which we use solely to create and distribute your press release.
If you make a purchase, payment details (such as credit card information or other payment account details) are collected by our third-party payment processor. BuzzBlast itself does not receive or store your full financial information. We may retain records of transactions (e.g., the amount paid, date, and the service package or upgrades you purchased) for accounting and reference.
When you visit our Site, we may automatically collect standard web analytics information through cookies or similar technologies (such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time spent). This information is typically collected in an aggregate form and is not used to personally identify you.
Marketing Communications: We will not use your personal data for any direct marketing (promotional emails about our services or new offerings) unless we have your consent to do so. If you opt in to marketing communications, you will have the ability to opt out later by contacting us.
We share personal data with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to carry out our services. For example, your payment information is handled by our payment processing partners, and we may use cloud storage, email, and distribution providers. These third parties are given only the information needed for their function and are obligated to protect your data.
As part of our distribution service, the content of your press release (which may include personal data such as a contact name or quote you provided) will be sent to news wire services, journalists, editors, and media outlets and their affiliate networks. This is an intended part of the service — to gain publicity for your news.
We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or legal process, or if we have a good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of our users or the public.
Important: We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties except as needed to provide our services or as required by law.
BuzzBlast takes reasonable measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards such as encryption, secure servers, and access controls to protect the information you provide. However, please understand that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. If you request deletion of your personal data, we will do so unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information (e.g. transaction records for tax or audit purposes).
Our operations are based in our company's country of registration, but we may use cloud storage, email servers, distribution networks, or service providers that are located in other countries. By providing your information to us or using our service, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to and stored in jurisdictions outside of your home country.
Under applicable data protection rules, you have certain rights regarding your personal data. This includes the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you and to request correction of any inaccuracies. You may also have the right to request deletion of your data or to object to certain processing of your data, subject to conditions and exceptions under the law.
